FAQs About CPR and First Aid Courses
What is your class schedule?
We hold one class each week, usually on Thursday starting at 6:00 PM. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, we do offer 1-on-1 classes to cater to your schedule. To schedule 1-on-1 classes contact us.
Can I take the course online?
YES! The American Heart Association offers E-learning Courses. After successful completion of the E-learning Course, you will bring your certificate with you to meet with us and complete your skills practice and testing session. Once this is complete, you are certified! For more information on this option, contact us.
What's included in the course?
All of our courses are through the Amerincan Heart Association. They include Adult, Child and Infant CPR, both for Healthcare Providers and the general public. They also include the AED(Automated External Defibrillator) training. First Aid and Bloodbourne Pathagen training is also available.
Will you teach at a facility or my home?
We are willing to travel to your facility or home (1-on-1 costs). We will travel to anywhere in the Midwest United States. Costs may vary for further distances.
Do you have group discounts?
We do offer group discounts, which will vary according to the amount of students taking the course. We also offer a friend discount. If you bring a friend or more, everyone will receive a $5 discount.
Do I receive documentation the night of the class that I passed the course?
The American Heart Association now offers eCards! Your printable, electronic copy of your card is sent straight to your emal. You typically receive your card within 48 hours of course completion.
How much do the courses cost?
The cost of the course is dependant on which course it is and if you need the textbook. You will find out the cost of the class when you are signing up. Use of American Heart Association materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials; do not represent income to the Association.
